After wrapping her European tour, Rihanna returned to the arms of her boyfriend Matt Kemp in the U.S. The couple had a dinner date at Philippe Chow on Monday night (June 21). Rihanna wore a red top that matched her flaming red hair while leaving the West Hollywood eatery. RiRi will kick off her “Last Girl on Earth” tour in the U.S. next month.
