Behind The Video: Ne-Yo – “Champagne Life” + “Beautiful Monster” [VIDEO]

Ne-Yo takes you behind the scenes of his videos for “Champagne Life” and “Beautiful Monster,” the two singles from his new album Libra Scale (Sept. 21). The story-driven clips are a continuation of each other. The R&B jam “Champagne Life” celebrates the start of a lavish life filled with money, fame, girls, cars, and power, but the story takes a dangerous turn with the visuals for the dance single “Beautiful Monster.”

Ne-Yo wrote the script for both videos and co-directed with director Wayne Isham, and actor Columbus Short plays one of the main characters. Both clips premiere Wednesday.
