Monica & Shannon Brown Officially Get Engaged

You may have seen them walk down the aisle in the video for “Love All Over Me,” now Monica and boyfriend Shannon Brown are preparing to say “I do” in real life.
The 25-year-old L.A. Laker popped the question to the Grammy-winning songstress, 29. “I’m truly ecstatic,” Mo says The couple has been dating since filming the video for “Love All Over Me” in June.
“We’re in the beginning stages, but we’re much further than most because we don’t keep secrets, we have a great time, we share each other’s jobs, and we share each other’s interests,” the blushing bride-to-be previously told Rap-Up.com of her now fiancé.
Monica has two sons, five-year-old Rodney Ramone Hill III aka Lil’ Rocko and two-and-a-half-year-old Romelo Montez Hill, from a previous relationship with Atlanta rapper Rodney “Rocko” Hill.
On the music side of things, Monica just released a remix to her single “Here I Am” with Trey Songz and is already working on her next album with cousin Polow Da Don.
