Kelly Rowland links with Lil Wayne on “Motivation,” the Jim Jonsin and Rico Love-crafted single from her oft-delayed third solo album. Over a sexy, synth-saturated beat, the former Destiny’s Child diva commands her beau to put his hands all over her. “Go longer, you can last more rounds/ Much harder, you’re almost there now/ So go lover, make mama proud,” coos Kelly, throwing it to her labelmate Weezy, who raps about getting a taste of some sugar.
