New Music: Teairra Mari – “Not in Love”

Teairra Mari looks out for her best interest on “Not in Love,” the first offering from her DJ Scream-hosted mixtape Now or Never, coming in May. Over a powerful mid-tempo instrumental, the R&B vixen wonders what exactly went wrong in her relationship and decides where to point fingers.
“Why do you lie to me?/ When we’re together, it’s not you/ It’s what you try to be/ I knew I gotta be so right/ And I say that you’re tired of me,” sings an emotionally distraught Teairra on the chorus.
