Nicki Minaj & Cee Lo Green To Perform at The “Billboard Music Awards”

Nicki Minaj and Cee Lo Green will perform at the Billboard Music Awards when it makes its return to television after a 3-year hiatus on May 22 on ABC.
Nicki is nominated for four awards this year including Top New Artist, Top Rap Artist, Top Rap Album, and Top R&B Song for Trey Songz’ “Bottoms Up.”
The Billboard Music Awards honors those acts who excelled on the Billboard charts during the period of February 28th 2010 through March 1st 2011
